Erickson Coaching International is an internationally recognized coaching school accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), founded in 1980 in Canada by clinical psychologist and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) specialist Marilyn Atkinson as the NLP Institute.
The institution is named after the renowned psychiatrist Dr. Milton Erickson.
In 2025, Erickson Coaching International will joyfully celebrate its 45th anniversary. With over 50,000 participants across more than 50 countries worldwide, the organization offers the ICF-accredited ‘Art and Science of Coaching’ certification program, along with various supporting programs for coaching, establishing itself as a globally prominent school for human development.
Dr. Zerrin Başer, MCC, founding leader of Denge Merkezi Consultancy, has been serving the ‘Holistic Human and Organizational’ development since August 2008. Based in Ankara and Istanbul, she represents, organizes, and serves as an international trainer for Erickson International across Turkiye and Northern Cyprus. As of April 2023, she also holds the position of Board Member at Erickson International.
As a school that is continuously evolving and innovating, strives to elevate the standard of the coaching profession to a ”World Game” level.
In addition to positioning coaching as a professional career, it embraces approaches that view coaching as one of the means through which individuals can serve the world and society.
