As Erickson Coaching International, we serve as a widespread institution in more than 50 countries around the world, offering many different programs to support the development of coaching and coaches, especially ICF “International Coaching Federation” accredited The Art and Science of Coaching and NLP Certification Programs.

The Art & Science of Coaching

It is a comprehensive 136-hours foundational certification course encompassing ICF Level 1 and Level 2 accreditations. It includes four modules, along with practice sessions and supervision, all designed with a Solution-Focused Coaching approach.

NLP Practitioner

This is an 8-day ICF-approved program (40 CCEUs) tailored for individuals with knowledge and experience in NLP who wish to deepen their understanding of themselves and the functioning of the brain while enhancing their communication skills.

High Performance Team Coaching

This is an ICF-approved program (14 CCEUs) designed for coaches who wish to specialize in corporate coaching and working with teams. The program equips participants with the methods and skills necessary for effective team coaching."

4 Quadrant Quantum Thinking

This ICF-approved program (28 CCEUs) aims to provide knowledge, experience, and depth on the significance of coaching and its transformational impact on the future through the lens of Quantum Physics. Participants will explore and experience the 4-quadrant map, enabling them to incorporate unique and creative methods into their coaching processes.

Advance Metaphors & Dreamworks

This ICF-approved program (22 CCEUs) is designed to create awareness and provide hands-on experience in the use of metaphorical language, storytelling, coaching with metaphors, and uncovering the profound messages of dreams. It emphasizes the vital role of metaphors in thinking and creative processes.

Deep Coaching

This ICF-approved program (25 CCEUs) supports personal growth by enhancing self-awareness and guiding individuals or coaches on a journey through their own consciousness map. It enables deeper self-understanding and strengthens the "coach position," fostering a more profound and impactful coaching presence.
