TASC Program

ERICKSON COACHING INTERNATIONAL

The Art & Science of Coaching is being offered by Erickson Coaching International in partnership with Erickson Türkiye Organization ( Denge Merkezi)

The TASC Program is a 128-hour International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited certification program. It consists of both an “Essentials Course” under ICF Level 1 and Level 2 with four core modules, each lasting four full days, as well as the “Advanced Coaching Program” under ICF Level 2 (part 2).

Participants who complete the first two modules fulfill the requirements of the ICF Level 1 “Essentials Course.” Regular attendance is expected for all scheduled sessions throughout the program, along with consistent practical exercises in specified intervals. Supervision is provided by authorized Erickson Turkiye mentors and supervisors once during each module and between modules.

Participants who complete Modules 3 and 4 finish the ICF Level 2 “Advanced Course.” The final module includes a comprehensive practical and theoretical assessment. Completing this evaluation at the end of Module 4 grants participants the right to progress within the Erickson Professional Coaching Certification process.

  • Having a university education and some professional experience adds valuable insights and expertise to the coaching training and career development.
  • Foreign language skills, especially English, enable access to global resources, international research, and conferences, all of which contribute to the coach’s professional development.
  • Proficiency in technology and the internet is increasingly essential, as coaching practices, professional services, and many international conferences, workshops, and trainings are often conducted online.
